Africa Smarty was created by Jocelyn Habimana born in Kigali, Rwanda. After his arrival in France in 2005, he obtained various diplomas and professional experiences leading him to create his company ASG Domotic in Lorient, France as well as a subsidiary in Kigali, Rwanda. In order to be one of the first on the Domotic market in these two geographical areas.
